Job and Operations Data

Job details, addresses, scheduling information, technician assignments, payout records, photos, checklists, and documents you upload.

Location Data

Job site addresses for routing and mapping purposes. We use Google Maps for geocoding and route calculations.

Usage Data

Pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information to improve the Service.

Payment Information

Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

  • Providing and operating the LeadRoute platform
  • Processing payments and managing subscriptions
  • Sending transactional emails (job notifications, invitations, daily digests)
  • Calculating routes, drive times, and ETAs
  • Generating payouts and financial reports

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After that, it may be permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Access to production systems is restricted and monitored. We use role-based access controls to limit data access within organizations.
