Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LeadRoute ("the Service"), operated by Media4u LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeadRoute is a cloud-based platform for field service operations including job scheduling, technician routing, payout tracking, and team management. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Each organization account is managed by an administrator who controls team access, roles, and permissions. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. When the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiration, after which it may be deleted.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@leadroute.pro for billing inquiries.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use automated bots or scrapers on the Service

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including job records, technician information, photos, and documents. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can request a full export of your data at any time by contacting support. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media4u LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though your data will be retained for 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
